We retain your submitted data while we find job placements. This data is held in a secure encrypted database. This data is held for as long as necessary while you are a customer of Insight Talent Solutions then for 6 years after inline with UK GDPR Requirements.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us via our email (info@insighttalentsolutions.co.uk) or our contact forms you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us using our upload CV feature. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
