Paul Halsall
Founding Director
Paul has over 20 years of experience working for a variety of organisations prior to forming Insight Talent Solutions. His career started in a range of analytical roles in retail, leisure and telecommunications sectors utilising skills such as SQL, GIS, and MS Excel and culminated in him leading a global analytics team of 8 people at BT Global Services
Paul is also an ICF (International Coaching Federation) qualified Business and Life Coach.
In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with is wife and 4 children (Mostly grown up), watching football, discovering new music and keeping fit through a variety of running (Usually with dog), cycling, Yoga and walking (Usually with dog).
